1. PROPOSE

1.1 Dribblr is a global meeting place for football players, clubs and coaches at all levels. The purpose of Dribblr is to connect the world's football environment on one platform, and help players, clubs and coaches to reach their sporting, financial and market potential.

1.2 Dribblr is provided by Dribblr Group AS (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are responsible for the processing of all personal data that is processed in connection with Dribblr.

1.3 This privacy statement provides you with information about how we process your personal data in connection with your use of Dribblr, when you are in contact with us and when you use our websites, as well as what rights you have under the applicable privacy rules.

2 PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

2.1
Personal data is information that can be directly or indirectly linked to an individual.

2.2 Information you provide us with:
Registration:
To register with Dribblr, you must provide your e-mail address, name and nationality, in addition to choosing the password and display name on the profile.

Profile:
When you create a player profile you will be asked to state your date of birth, gender, height, weight, what position you play on the court and which foot is your preferred, your club, which clubs you have played for, number of goals and assists for seasons, contract type and level (amateur or professional) and scores from 0-100 within various characteristics / attributes that you will be asked to fill in.
Under settings, you will be able to choose whether you want a private or public profile. Once the profile is public, videos, photos, and other information you choose to post in Dribblr can be viewed by anyone else using Dribblr. When the profile is private, only others you have approved can see your information and what you publish.
Under settings in Dribblr, you can choose which information is visible on your profile.

Content:
You can choose to upload content to your profile, e.g. a video of you on the football field. Your content is treated as your personal information.

Network:
You can choose to follow or add other users in Dribblr. Clubs and players will be able to follow you. Your contacts and networks are treated as your personal information, and you will be able to choose to have the network public or private.

Payment information: If you subscribe to Dribblr Premium, you must provide your payment information.

2.3 Information from others:
Other users, your club or coach may post content on Dribblr that contains information about you, e.g. in the form of posts, links, comments, videos or anything else, within the framework of our terms of use. You can set up your profile page so that you are notified when others have "tagged" you or otherwise want to publish content on your profile page, and you will then be able to approve or reject that this is added to your profile page.

The clubs and coaches will be able to submit skills, evaluation scores, development reports and match- and training reports on players registered in Dribblr who have reached the age of 13. Access to such information will be limited to the player's coach and other persons affiliated with the club, adapted to the purpose of this part of Dribblr. The club may also provide access to the information in Dribblr to representatives of other clubs who wish to follow the player's development with a view to a possible future transfer. You can, against your club or us, reserve yourself (by sending an email to support@dribblr.io) against such information about you being shared without your prior consent.

The clubs will be able to inform on their pages in Dribblr of the player's market value after the age of 16, and whether the player is available for loan or permanent transfer. This will only be visible to clubs and the player in question, but not other players. 2.4 Information related to your use:
We log usage data when you visit and use Dribblr, including our websites, app and platforms, e.g. when you view or click on content (such as a tutorial video), perform a search, share posts, compose or receive messages, or make contacts. We use logins, cookies, device information and IP addresses to identify you and log your use.

2.5 Cookies
Our websites use cookies. A cookie is a file that is stored in your browser, and which enables the website to recognize the browser from time to time. The cookies are used to collect information about your use of Dribblr, cf. section 2.4. Further information about our use of cookies, and what settings you can make if you wish to limit the use, can be found in our cookie policy available at dribblr.io.

2.6 Social media and third party services
Dribblr and Dribblr websites may contain links to third party websites, products and services, including social media (e.g. Facebook's social plug-ins). Third- party services or third-party applications available in Dribblr or on our other websites are subject to the third-party privacy policy. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the privacy practices of these third-parties. On some social media services, such as our Facebook pages, we may have a shared processing responsibility with the person responsible for the social media, and then our privacy policy applies to our processing responsibility, in addition to Facebook's own privacy policy.

3 WHAT THE PERSONAL INFORMATION IS USED FOR

We use the personal information for the following purposes:

Deliver the Service:
The information collected in connection with the registration is used to identify you as a user, to be able to contact you and to ensure that no profiles are created under a false identity or that are otherwise in conflict with our terms for Dribblr.

The information collected in connection with your profile, content uploaded by you or others, your network of contacts and your usage data is used to achieve the purpose of Dribblr, which will primarily be to provide clubs and coaches with relevant information about you as a football player, help promote your football career, showcase your talent and put you in touch with the best teams.

Payment information is only processed to identify who the payments were made for, amount, what it was paid for and time. We do not store credit card information. Credit card information and the actual execution of payments are handled by our providers of payment solutions.

Customize content and advertising:
We use usage data to customize your experience on Dribblr, e.g. by showing you content and ads that we think will be of interest to you. If you do not wish to consent to the use of cookies for this purpose, you can change the setting in your browser as described in our cookies policy.

Ensure the Service's functionality and relevance:
Technical cookies are used to ensure an operational and optimized Dribblr. Usage data is used to analyse use at the meta level, to ensure the most current and relevant Dribblr possible. We will also use certain personal data in the testing of our solutions.

Comply with legal provisions:
We process relevant personal data in order to fulfil our statutory obligations, e.g. in connection with accounting.

Other purposes you have consented to:

3.2 In all of the cases set out in section 3.1, we will only process the personal data to the extent necessary and compatible with the stated purposes, and we will always take into account the need for the protection of your privacy.

4 DATA PROCESSORS

We use subcontractors in connection with Dribblr. We only share personal data with subcontractors to the extent strictly necessary for them to be able to provide their services to us. We enter into data processor agreements with all sub¬contractors involved in the processing of personal data, which ensures that they process the personal data in accordance with current legislation, including the requirements for information security.

5 DISCLOSURE TO OTHERS

5.1
We do not disclose your personal data to others unless set out in this privacy policy, cf. sections 4 and 5, or you have given us express consent or written instructions to this effect.

5.2 Sharing with third-party partners
We work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve Dribblr, which makes it possible to run our company and deliver the basic services to people around the world. We do not sell any of your information to anyone, nor will we ever do so. We also impose strict restrictions on how our partners can use and present the data we provide.

Here are the types of third parties we share information with:

5.2.1 Measurement partners
We share information about you with companies that aggregate the information to provide analysis and measurement reports to our partners, such as Google Analytics.

5.2.2 Partners who use our analytics services
We provide aggregated statistics and insights that help players, coaches, clubs and other users of Dribblr understand how people interact with their posts, ads, pages, videos and other content in Dribblr. For example, the club's site administrator receives information about the number of people or accounts that have seen, responded to, or commented on their posts, as well as aggregated demographic information and other information that helps them understand interactions with their site or account.

5.2.3 Advertisers
We provide advertisers with reports on the kinds of people (gender and city / district they come from) who see their ads and how their ads are doing, but we do not share information that personally identifies you (such as name or email address which in itself can be used to contact you or identify who you are), unless you have given express permission to do so.

5.2.4 Research
It may be relevant to provide researchers with access to anonymous data on how our services are used for research that promotes education and innovation that supports our business or our goal, or that promotes discovery and innovation in general social welfare, technological progress, public interest, mental and physical health and well-being.

5.2.5 Legal requirements for access to or disclosure of personal information.
If we receive a legal request for access or disclosure, for example from the police, the court or others, we may have to disclose the information to them. If this contains your personal information, we will try to notify you of this in advance within reasonable limits and we will only publish such information that is absolutely necessary and legally obliged to disclose.

6 RETENTION AND DELETION

6.1
Your personal data will not be retained longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing, as stated in section 3 above.

We keep your personal data to the extent deemed necessary to comply with our statutory obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and misuse or enforce the terms of use.

Information that other users have posted or shared could still be available in Dribblr.

6.2 We will keep anonymized information after your personal data has been deleted.

7 SAFETY

Protection of your personal data is a high priority for us, and we work continuously to ensure the best possible protection of personal data and other confidential information. The safety work includes both physical, technical and administrative measures. The safety work involves regularly reviewing various factors such as risk exposure, available technology, business needs and legal requirements. This ensures that we have sufficient security measures at all times, so that we can, for example, prevent personal information from going astray.

8 YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS

You have the right to:

- know what information we have registered about you
- require that incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated personal information be corrected or removed
- at any time withdraw consents to processing of personal data that you have provided to us or ask us to limit the processing. Please note, however, that this may mean that we may no longer deliver all or part of Dribblr to you
- disable the collection of data by the cookies we use at all times
- request that your personal data be disclosed in order to transfer it to another similar service (data portability) to the extent that this is practically possible and in accordance with applicable local law and regulations
- be informed of any security breaches without undue delay, if it is probable that the breach may entail a high risk of the spread or loss of your personal data
- demand that your personal data be deleted (with the restrictions that follow from section 6.2)
- you will be able to safeguard and resolve most of the above rights yourself through privacy settings ("Privacy Settings"). You can otherwise make contact as indicated in section 10.2 below.

If you believe that we do not comply with this privacy policy or the applicable privacy legislation, which includes the GDPR, we appreciate very much if you let us know so, so that we can rectify it as soon as possible. You also have the right to complain to your local Data Protection Authority.

9 CHANGES

9.1
We may need to update the privacy policy to reflect changes in Dribblr or new legal requirements. The current version will always be available on our website, and we encourage you to check the policy regularly.

9.2 Changes that are significant to your rights and obligations will be notified in Dribblr. In the event of significant changes, we will inform you by e-mail.
